The Restaurant

Aesthetics of food do exist. If beauty is a naked meal, even meals can pursue the canons of harmony...
The “Confalone” Restaurant opens with a 17th century salon named “Saint John”, with a frescoed vault and the original wooden alcove, terracotta floors with ceramic tile inserts. The scene is dominated by a priceless painting of Saint John by Guido Reni, one of Caravaggio’s pupils.
Again, the “sala Grande”, dominated by a massive fireplace from the turn of the century and a finely decorated majolica floor dating back to the 18th century. The room overlooks the panoramic terrace. The first nourishment is the view: the one enjoyed from the terrace of the “Confalone” restaurant is truly unforgettable.
The traditions of the Amalfi Coast and Campania are the strength of our menus. Tradition and innovation colour and taste combinations, precise cooking methods and fresh, top-quality ingredients. These are the secrets to create an unrivalled moment at Palumbo, where the beauty of the place, a romantic atmosphere and unique dishes marry in perfect harmony.
